Processing of Your Personal Data

User account. When creating a user account while placing an order, you must provide your e-mail address and (optionally) define a password for the account. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to create an account. As part of editing your user profile, you can provide further data about yourself, i.e., your first and last name, and billing address for the invoice. Providing this data is completely voluntary. You can have an account without providing this further data. The data you enter in the user account is processed solely for the purpose of maintaining the account and enabling you to use the PREMIUM newsletter subscription. The purpose of providing data in the user account is to make it easier for you to place orders in the store by automatically populating the data in the order form. The legal basis for processing your personal data within the user account is the performance of the account maintenance contract, which you conclude based on the store’s regulations – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. The data collected in the user account is processed within the easycart system and stored on a server provided by eduweb spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw (02-972). Your data will be processed within the account as long as you have a user account. After deleting the account, your data will be removed from the database, except for data on placed orders. You can access your personal data processed within the account at any time by logging into your user account. After logging in, you can modify your data at any time, as well as delete it, except for data on placed orders. You can also decide to delete the account at any time. With respect to the data collected in the user account, you also have the right to data portability, referred to in Article 20 of the GDPR.

Orders. When placing an order, you must provide the data necessary for its fulfillment, i.e., first and last name, billing address (only if an invoice is to be issued), and e-mail address. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to place an order. The data provided to us in connection with an order is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), issuing an invoice (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), including the invoice in our accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), and for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Data contained in an order placed through the easycart store is processed within the easycart system and stored on a server provided by eduweb spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw (02-972) at Al. Rzeczypospolitej 10 lok. 46. Each order is documented with an invoice or other accounting document. Invoices and accounting documents are issued using the Web INnovative Software Sp. z o.o. system. Invoices are forwarded to the accounting office PROKS Sławomir Kawęcki, which handles our accounting. Orders are also registered in our internal database for archival and statistical purposes. Order data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the order, and then until the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract expires. Moreover, after this period, the data may still be processed by us for statistical purposes. Please also remember that we are obliged to store invoices with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose. In the case of order data, you cannot rectify this data after the order has been fulfilled. You also cannot object to the processing of data or demand the deletion of data until the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract expires. Similarly, you cannot object to the processing of data or demand the deletion of data contained in invoices. However, after the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract expires, you can object to our processing of your data for statistical purposes, as well as demand the deletion of your data from our database. The data provided to us when subscribing to the newsletter is used for the purpose of sending you the newsletter, and the legal basis for its processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) given when subscribing to the newsletter. The data is processed within the beehiv mailing system and stored on a server provided by beehiv. The data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter’s operation, unless you unsubscribe from it earlier, which will result in the deletion of your data from the database. You also have the right to data portability, referred to in Article 20 of the GDPR.

E-mail contact. By contacting us via e-mail, including sending an inquiry through the contact form, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the sender’s address. In addition, you may include other personal data in the message content. In this case, your data is processed for the purpose of contacting you, and the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which is the administrator’s legitimate interest in responding to your message. The legal basis for processing after the contact has ended is the administrator’s legitimate interest in archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). The content of the correspondence may be archived.
